Our Curtains Cleaning service involves 3 effective steps. We sanitize your curtains with
pressurized steam without wetting it. We charge curtains on per panel basis. One panel is 3-4 ft in width and maximum of 8-10 ft in length. Steps to be carried for cleaning:
S-1: Vacuuming of dust with vacuum cleaners for maximum impact for curtain cleaning.
S-2: Special steam treatment to disinfect and sanitize completely.
S-3: Residual moisture or dissolved dirt vacuumed out.

(A)- We do not guarantee the complete removal of old/hard stains in the process of cleaning.
(Q)- Do I have to remove the curtains during the steaming process?
(A)- In some of the cases we need to do it and in some cases, the cleaning process does not require to remove the curtains from the rod.
(Q)- How do you calculate curtain rates?
(A)- We charge curtains on per panel basis. 1 panel is 3-4 ft in width and maximum of 8-10ft in length.

Q- How many cities are Laundry 360’s services available?

Q- Do you outsource the services to other vendors?
- Strictly No. We have a team of trained professionals for all the services in-house.
Q- Do you have an offline store?
- Yes, we are available offline too. We are located at Birhana Road, you can drive down to our place by navigating through Google the below mentioned address.
Q- Do you verify the staff before you hire?
- Customer’s security is our topmost priority, so we verify every time before we hire somebody
Q- Does someone have to be present at home while availing the doorstep services by Laundry 360?
- The service can be done in customer’s absence however one authorized representation from customer’s side is requested. Exceptions being new or full empty house where customer’s presence is only requested at the start and finish for handover process.
Q- Do I have to organize cleaning supplies or team will bring its own?
- Supply of water & live electric connection will be needed in case of doorstep
Q- Do you provide any referral scheme?
- Yes, we do it occasionally. Please check out our "refer a customer" tab for that.
Q- Do you charge for the visit if I have to get my thing inspected first?
- Yes, i.e. Rs.199 for a visit but need not worry that will be deducted from the service availed later.
Q- Do you provide AMC for services like Water Tank Cleaning, Sofa, Carpet, and Car Cleaning?
- Yes, we provide AMC for these services that too with good discounts on them.

On many Air Conditioning units, troubleshooting is a relatively simple process with a quick diagnosis. You'll be given a quotation for the repair work. In many instances, our AC technician will be able to identify and repair the AC unit in one visit. For complex issues, requirements might change from one visit to multiple visits. We provide AC repair services in Kanpur only.
