By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These govern your relationship with Laundry360, whether services are accessed via website, mobile app, or physical outlet.
๐งบ 1. Service Overview
We offer professional laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, and delivery services. Service availability may vary by location.
๐ฆ 2. Pickup & Delivery
- Pickup and delivery will be scheduled based on your selected time slots.
- In case of delays due to weather, traffic, or operational issues, we will inform you in advance.
- Please ensure availability at the scheduled address and time.
๐งพ 3. Order Confirmation & Invoicing
- Orders are confirmed via SMS, email, or app notifications.
- Final billing is based on item count, weight (if applicable), and service type selected.
- Any disputes in billing should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
๐งฅ 4. Garment Care & Liability
- We handle garments with professional care using industry-standard processes.
- We are not liable for:
- Wear and tear, fading, or shrinkage due to material quality
- Items left in pockets (e.g., pens, currency, jewelry)
- Pre-existing damage or color bleeding
- In case of damage or loss caused by us, compensation is limited to 5 times the service charge or store credit, at our discretion.
- For damaged items returns are accepted within 1 business days.
- If refund is approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment account within 7-8 business days.
โ 5. Restricted Items
Customers must not submit:
- Items with hazardous substances (chemicals, fuel, etc.)
- Valuable items (e.g., expensive jewelry attached to garments)
We reserve the right to reject such items without liability.
๐ธ 6. Payments
- Payment is due at the time of delivery or online before dispatch.
- We accept [cash, UPI, card payments, wallets—customize as per your offerings].
- Unpaid orders will not be released.
โ 7. Order Cancellation & No-Show
- Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup.
- A no-show fee may be charged if the customer is unavailable during scheduled pickup or delivery time.

- We store personal data (name, phone, address) solely for service-related communication.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Telangana, India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
