At Laundry360, we are committed to delivering high-quality laundry services with care and professionalism. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to resolve any concerns in a fair and timely manner.


๐Ÿ” Return / Rewash Policy

We offer a free rewash service under the following conditions:

  • The garment is returned within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You notify us of an issue such as stains not removed, improper ironing, or damaged packaging.
  • The garment has not been worn after service.

Simply contact our customer support with your order ID and a photo of the issue, and we’ll schedule a pickup for rewash at no extra charge.


๐Ÿ’ธ Refund Policy

Refunds may be offered in the following situations:

  • Garment is lost in transit or during the cleaning process.
  • Irreparable damage is caused to the garment during service (subject to evaluation).
  • The customer cancels the service before pickup or before processing begins.
  • If refund is approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment account within 7-8 days

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Minor shrinkage or color fading of delicate fabrics (unless gross negligence is proven).
  • Items not claimed within 7 days of delivery.
  • Delays caused by force majeure events (e.g., floods, strikes, etc.).

๐Ÿงฅ Damaged or Lost Items

In the rare event of a lost or severely damaged item, we may offer:

  • Compensation up to 5 times the service charge for the item.
  • Or, store credit equivalent to the value of the garment (based on age and condition).

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery and provide the original invoice.
